Romantic old-fashioned hotel, staff and location could not be better. Wonderful location with a train station right next to the property.

I loved this boutique hotel and stayed for 1 night here. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. Check-in was good.

The restaurant was great for our Christmas dinner, I tried hot dishes. Lots of facilities like: Nespresso coffee and double glazed windows.

Not the cheapest one yet value for money. I loved every detail here, including staff and location, that were very good! I was there for 1 night and ate at gourmet restaurant for my Christmas dinner. The lake view was spectacular and the balcony was large.

The hotel was spotlessly cleanwith very modern interior and nestled in a lovely building. Booked a room with panoramic views to mountains and lake. They provided a lot of amazing choices for breakfast that was included.

La Terrazza, which can be found only 200 ft away, was a fast option. Within a walking distance of attractions, including old town lucerne. Honestly no complaints whatsoever...
